Road transfers take 3.5 to 4 hrs from Victoria Falls airport to Binga and are easy for us to arrange
Enjoy a luxury cruise on one of the many house boats available and sleep out on deck under starry skies.
Useful Information
The fishing is very good on this side of lake Kariba and the best tiger fishing is at Sengwe River - which is a good days cruise from Binga.
Relax and enjoy the vastness of the Sengwa Basin and the contrasting narrowness of the Chete Gorge
The Kariba shoreline is mainly Forestry dept area where hunting is permitted. The game are shy and although not seen in the abundance of Matusadona, they are are still plentiful
All round better fishing opportunities are to be found at Binga - the islands are home to plenty of game and the lake is not as busy as the more popular Kariba town side

Lake Kariba Ferry
Two ferries connect the distant eastern and western ends of Lake Kariba and provides a leisurely overnight exploration of the length of lake kariba. Cars can be accommodated to allow for a continuation of the trip by road to Victoria Falls. Unfortunately for the time being they run very sporadically, mainly in school holidays.
